We loved our stay; the location and staff were superb. The restaurant was great for all other meals and for every budget.

Luxurious hotel, gorgeous breakfast with lots of choice, incredible location in centrum.

We loved the hotel, it was adorable and spotless. We spent 2 nights in a double room with huge bed.

The staff we met were very unprofessional.

It was worth its 4 stars. Everything was brand-new, fancy hotel, the location was amazing right by tourist attractions. All the employees were PRETTY FRIENDLY and phenomenal. Don't forget to explore Baixa / Chiado district.

The whole experience was terrific from start to finish, recommend. Picturesque location, airy room, very pleasant staff. Perfect breakfast with a lot of food, also with fresh cereals, pastries, eggs, fresh bread and cheese❤

The hotel is spotless, the beds are big. Downstairs bar with hot drinks.

immaculately clean hotel, really friendly staff, silent rooms. a writing table, an electronic key card and a hairdryer in the room, particularly good location. the view it had was stunningly beautiful. the staff did all they can for a fantastic stay.

Extra comfortable room, everyone was extremely friendly. I was offered a room with delightful views of the city. Breakfast was generous, plenty of options. Ideal location relatively near a moorish castle. I loved my time at the hotel, thank you.

Fully booked venue, very good value for money. Bright rooms, courteous service. Riverside location, just a short stroll away from campo das cebolas. Excellent English breakfast with perfect meals.

Staff and location were in general great! Not far from the downtown, 10 minutes on foot. Rossio metro station was very close to the hotel. Appreciated that they had onsite restaurant Ristorante La Squadra, no need to go somewhere else. The rooms in the venue were big. Amazing base for short stay, recommended.

The bed was bad.

Excellent location and exceptional staff were a definite plus. Our double room was equipped with a minibar, a heating system and flat-screen television. We stayed 3 nights and would definitely go again when visiting Portugal.
